Meter checks

Catch the meters that don't add up

A building meter can measure what a group of apartments use together, e.g. an entrance's hot water. Every month, ky24 compares it with what their own meters counted, so a broken meter, a wrong reading or a leak shows up.

  • Any meter

Hot or cold water, electricity, gas or heating: any meter the apartments have.

  • Any apartments

An entrance, a riser or the whole building: pick 21–40 in one go.

  • Every month

From the readings you enter anyway. Residents don't see it.

How meter checks work

How it works

From signing up to the first readings

  1. 1

    Add your buildings

With their apartments and the meters each apartment has.

  2. 2

    Invite your team

People sign up themselves, and you add them to their buildings and apartments, with a role in each.

  3. 3

    Collect the readings

Every month, on the days each meter's readings are due.

  4. 4

    Export them

Whenever accounting needs them, in the format it needs.
